Get special rates in the NYPTA Annual Conference room block now.  Space in the room block is available to register attendees only. 

Register for the conference and book your room early – the special rates will only be available for a limited time.  After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.

Hyatt Regency Buffalo - $169/night

Reservation details:

  • Rate is exclusive of taxes and fees
  • Check in:  3:00pm   Check out:  12:00pm
  • A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms
  • Self-parking for $20 per night/plus tax  and Valet Parking for $29/per night plus tax
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card and the first night room deposit.
  • Based on availability group rates may be available two (2) days pre-event or two (2) days post-event
  • Rooms may be cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to confirmed arrival date with a refund
  • Cancellations less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax to the credit card provided. 
  • An Early Departure Fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable fees and taxes may apply if departure date is changed after check-in
  • Complimentary access to the pool and fitness area

 

Hilton Garden Inn - $162/night

There are two options for making your hotel arrangements:

Phone: Contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly at 716-848-1000. Please inform the Hilton Associate that you wish to book under the code NYPTA and provide your arrival/departure dates.

Online: Visit the hotel website: www.buffalodowntown.hgi.com. On the home page, enter your arrival/departure dates.  BEFORE selecting the “Check Rooms and Rates” button, click the “Add a Special Rate” link and enter the Group Code NYPTA.  This will adjust the rate to the conference rate. 

Reservation details:

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms
  • Self-parking for $18 per night/plus tax for attendees with unlimited in and out access
  • Based on availability group rates may be available two (2) days pre-event or two (2) days post-event
  • Rooms may be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to confirmed arrival date with a refund
  • Cancellations less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax to the credit card provided. 
  • Complimentary access to fitness and business centers
  • Pet-friendly rooms available at $50/per stay
